Operation Models
Ekspreso accommodates 2 facets that have enabled us to build strong and accountable partnerships in the hot beverage industry. We present the three options to our prospective partners from which they choose the more ideal based on whether or not they have the facilities to manage the operations of the business. We are committed to giving great service to all our customers, that is why we break down our facets as follows;
Lease Mode
- Partner signs contract
- Ekspreso carries out training with the machine operator on business operations for a week
- Partner pays a monthly rental fee for the machine
Ekspreso installs the machine and supplies the ingredients. - Partner uses the Ekspreso App for inventory management and sales analysis
- Ekspreso provides after-sales and marketing support
Profit Share model
- Partner signs contract
- Ekspreso installs the machine and supplies the ingredients
- Ekspreso provides a well-trained machine operator (BE)
- Ekspreso supervises the operator, makes all the necessary quality assurance measures and
sets targets for sales maximization - Partner collects profits daily or at intervals best suited to our partner.
Catering Services (Food and Snack)
- Ekspreso provides fresh snacks and food catering services at our customers’ request
- Ekspreso’s catering services are available for corporate events, daily office refreshments, and social gatherings
- Breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus are designed according to the client’s preference
